Material Handling Automation Expert Thomas Pawlowicz Named Senior Account Executive
Material handling automation expert Thomas J. Pawlowicz has been promoted to Senior Account Executive at Integrated Systems Design (ISD), Wixom, Mich.
Prior to joining ISD, Mr. Pawlowicz was Vice President - Project Management at Jervis B. Webb Company, Farmington Hills, Mich. where he was responsible for overseeing the implementation of material handling systems for the automotive, tier one, and industrial markets, including systems incorporating automated guided vehicles and automated storage and retrieval applications.
His experience at Jervis B. Webb Co. also included engineering of automated equipment, floor and bulk conveyors; estimating and designing unit package handling systems; as well as supervision of the project engineering staff working on systems for United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.
Before joining Jervis B. Webb Co., Tom worked for Siemens, Farmington Hills, Mich. and held the positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager and Project Group Manager supervising projects for automotive and heavy industrial applications. He also served as management representative for ISO-QSTE and Operations Manager where he supervised the project management, engineering and estimating departments.
Mr. Pawlowicz studied engineering at Henry Ford Community College, Dearborn, Mich. and Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Mich. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. He's a member of the Project Management Institute and the Engineering Society of Detroit.
