Engineering studies begin with careful research and gathering of product and production data. Current and future throughput requirements are collected and included in system design calculations. Data from these engineering studies are gathered from all relevant sources which may include workers on the floor, the IT department, management, plant engineering and other sources.
Once the necessary data has been collected and analyzed, one or more detailed concept, that fully addresses all system parameters, is developed and presented. Depending on customer requirements, deliverables such as concept drawings, cost estimates, design criteria and related materials are also developed and presented.
