You'll never feel you're on your own after we've installed your system and "handed you the keys"! Integrated Systems Design is there to support you after the sale with troubleshooting and spare parts assistance 24/7.

After the warranty period, Integrated Systems Design will continue to support you by offering the following maintenance & support services:

  • Delivery and assembly of parts
  • Equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Operator and maintenance refresher training
  • Onsite or remote troubleshooting
  • System upgrades

For those customers who have limited in-house maintenance capabilities, we offer post-warranty maintenance & service contracts that are tailored to your needs. We offer this service for our systems as well as for systems purchased from other vendors! The following is typical list of the maintenance we commonly perform under these contracts:

  • Inspect all equipment for proper functionality
  • Inspect and adjust chains and belts
  • Inspect and tighten other critical components
  • Lubricate rotating and drive components (when applicable)
  • Clean debris from moving parts
  • Inspect the system for missing or improperly installed safety guarding
  • Inspect electrical devices and correct as necessary
  • Verify controls and software operability
  • Provide a written service report and recommendations for component replacement
