With Integrated Systems Design, customers are supported with our 24/7 troubleshooting and customer assistance support.  After we’ve installed your system, our customer service and spare parts assistance team is ready to assist you, with any issue you may experience, with the attentiveness and technical knowledge you deserve.

After warranty expiration, Integrated Systems Design will continue to support you while also offering the following professional maintenance & parts services:

  • Delivery and assembly of parts
  • Component inspection and assistance
  • Operator and maintenance refresher training
  • Onsite or remote repair and support
  • System improvements
ISD After Sales Service

For those customers who have limited resources or maintenance capabilities, we offer post-warranty maintenance & service contracts that are tailored to your needs.  We offer this service for our systems as well as for systems purchased from other vendors!  The following is a typical list of the maintenance we commonly perform under these contracts:

  • Review all equipment for optimal functionality
  • Inspect, lubricate and re-adjust equipment as needed
  • Thoroughly examine critical components
  • Check rotating and drive components for wear and potential failure
  • Inspect and remove debris from moving parts
  • Review the system for appropriate safety device operation
  • Inspect electrical components for optimal performance
  • Confirm proper control and software functionality
  • Provide an in-depth inspection report and outline of replacement parts if needed
